                                             Humility

Humility means for you to have a low view or humble opinion of yourself, you don't tend to think highly about yourself or brag to peers about something you are better at, you have respect for others which makes people respect you as a leader. I think humility is important because it makes people know how respectful you are and they want to be under your leadership as you are not always big-headed or bragging about what you are doing correctly.having humility is important as others wont see you as self-centered and they will respect you for that. Humble people tend to be more well liked rather than someone who is very arrogant, as someone who is humble will be more respectful and equal, but an arrogant person would think highly over his or herself rather than thinking of themselves as equal to everyone.

Attitude

                                          Attitude

 Attitude is your emotional behavior towards events, situations, or people in general. Attitude is  a way of thinking or feeling about something or someone which is shown by your behavior towards that person or thing. Good behavior as well as positive behavior is key in being a good leader or just a good person in general because people with good behavior are more admirable and someone who people would want to respect and help out. A good attitude is what you should have 24/7 because if people know how nice you are all the time they will know you as that really nice person who they would want to rely on.

Gratitude

Gratitude is to be thankful and gracious for what is done for you, given to you, or a helping hand.

   Gratitude shows appreciation and lets people know how much you truly care about what they have done for you. Gratitude is an act of showing kindness, when you show gratitude it lets others know you are a kind person. Gratitude is the type of thing that will make a person want to help you more as you show them in return kindness.

What it means to be a leader

                                    

                                    Being a leader leader 

To be a leader, you must have the qualities of a leader. You must be Confident, have integrity, have a drive, have motivation, help others reach their goals, you must be selfless, caring, and be able to make hard decisions. A leader should be trustworthy, meaning keeping a secret, keeping your word, and doing what you promised. A leader should take charge, and responsibility for his/her actions and for what mistakes they have made. A leader should be strong and see hope, when others may not, see a sunny day where others see a blizzard. Leaders should be mature and a positive influence on those around him/her.

              What it means to be a Totem

           Being a Totem is much more than just showing up to school every day, being a totem is
helping the school become a better community and place. Being a Totem means to spread positivity  throughout the school and outside of it, to be a Totem you must be dedicated to do whatever it takes to make the school a better place. To me being a Totem means a lot, to me it means being proud to represent our school and help out everyone in the community as much as you can, whether it may be a big help or just a small helping hand, as long as you do something to brighten someones day or help someone in any way than to me you are being a true Totem.
